To choose the size of a POSH belt to wear on your hips, compare the size of the low-rise pants you usually wear with the size conversion chart below. If you wish to wear a POSH belt on your waist, we recommend that you take a smaller size.

For example, if your low-rise jeans are a size 28, to wear the POSH belt on your hips you would need to order a size 95; if you prefer to wear it on your waist you would need to order a size 85. If the fit is between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.
